By accessing this website or purchasing any digital product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase our products.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase digital products from this site.
Digital Products
Get Digital Prints sells digital downloads only, including but not limited to:
- Digital posters
- Printable art
- Templates
- Invitations
- Downloadable files
No physical products are shipped.
License & Usage
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share files
- Claim the designs as your own
- Upload files to third-party marketplaces
- Use files for commercial resale unless a commercial license is explicitly purchased
Commercial use requires the purchase of a separate Commercial License. See Commercial License Terms for details.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Starseedz LLC.
Payments
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Payments are securely processed via WooPayments.
- We do not accept PayPal.
- By purchasing, you authorize Starseedz LLC to charge your selected payment method.
Access & Delivery
- Digital files are delivered via download link or account access immediately upon successful payment.
- It is your responsibility to download and store files after purchase.
Intellectual Property
All digital products, designs, text, and images are protected by copyright and are owned by or licensed to Starseedz LLC.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Copyright concerns may be reported in accordance with our DMCA Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Due to the nature of digital products, Starseedz LLC is not liable for compatibility issues, user error, or misuse of files.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States.
2. DIGITAL REFUND POLICY (NO REFUNDS)
Refund Policy
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once the files have been delivered or accessed.
This policy applies regardless of:
- Accidental purchase
- File compatibility issues
- Failure to download files
- Change of mind
File Issues or Errors
If you experience:
- A corrupted file
- Missing files
- Download access issues
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will gladly assist with:
- Re-sending files
- Providing access
- Correcting errors
Refunds will not be issued for technical assistance.
