Customization is available after purchase via your account (My Account → Orders/Downloads).
Can I customize before I purchase?
No. To protect our designs and prevent unauthorized use, customization is available only after purchase.
When will I receive the Customize button/link?
Immediately after your payment is completed, you’ll receive access to customize your purchased design.
Where is the Customize button/link located?
After purchase, you’ll find your customization link in your account:
- My Account → Orders → View Order → Customize/Edit Design
And in some cases: - My Account → Downloads
Do I need to create an account to customize my order?
Yes. Creating an account ensures your purchase is linked to you so you can access the customization editor and return to your design if needed.
How do I customize the design after I purchase?
- Complete your purchase
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Click View on your order
- Click Customize/Edit Design
- Make your edits and save
What can I customize?
Customization depends on the product, but commonly includes:
- Names
- Dates
- Text wording
- Colors (if enabled)
- Some layout adjustments (if included in that template)
Each listing will describe what is editable.
Why do you require purchase before customization?
Because digital designs can be copied easily. Requiring purchase first helps protect our work and keeps pricing fair for everyone.
I purchased, but I don’t see the Customize link—what should I do?
Try these quick fixes:
- Make sure you are logged in using the same email used at checkout
- Check My Account → Orders and My Account → Downloads
- Refresh the page or log out/log back in
If it still doesn’t appear, contact us and include your order number.
Can I customize on my phone or tablet?
Yes, but for the easiest editing experience we recommend using a laptop or desktop.
Will I be able to re-edit later?
Yes—your purchased design can typically be re-opened from My Account as long as your account remains active.
What if I accidentally checked out as a guest?
No problem. Create an account using the same email used at checkout, then log in. If you still don’t see your order, contact support and we’ll help link it.
Orders & Downloads
How do I receive my download?
After checkout, your files are available instantly on the order confirmation page and are also sent to your email with a download link. (Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.)
Where do I find my download link later?
You can access your files from your order email and/or your account order history (if you created an account at checkout).
What file types will I receive?
Each listing states exactly what’s included. Most products include high-resolution PNG and PDF files, and when applicable you’ll receive both RGB and CMYK versions (RGB for screens/digital use, CMYK for professional printing).
Do you ship physical items?
No. All products from Get Digital Prints are digital downloads only—no physical items are shipped.
Can I download my files more than once?
Yes. Downloads are typically available more than once. If you ever have trouble accessing your files, email us and we’ll help.
My download won’t open—what should I do?
First, make sure the file fully downloaded. Then try opening it on a computer (recommended). If the issue continues, contact us and we’ll assist.
Printing
How do I print my files?
You can print at home, through a local print shop, or using an online printing service. For a simple visual guide, visit our How To Print page.
Will the colors look exactly the same when printed?
Colors can vary slightly between screens and printers. For best results, use professional printing when needed and choose the correct file version when included (CMYK for print, RGB for screens).
What paper do you recommend?
- Cards: heavyweight cardstock (matte or satin)
- Posters/Wall Art: thicker matte or satin paper
- Invitations/Event Menus: premium cardstock or professional printing
- Journals: standard printer paper or premium paper based on your preference
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, all sales are final once files have been delivered.
What if there’s a problem with my file?
If your download is missing, corrupted, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
License & Usage
What license comes with my purchase?
Every purchase includes a Personal Use License by default.
What does the Personal Use License allow?
You may:
- Print and use this file for personal needs or special events.
- Share printed copies with friends or family for non-commercial use.
What is not allowed under the Personal Use License?
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute this file in digital or physical form.
- Modify and claim the work as your own.
- Upload or share the file on any public platform or website.
Do you offer a Commercial License?
Yes. A Commercial License Add-On may be available for purchase on eligible designs for business and professional use.
Does a Commercial License allow me to share or resell the digital file?
No. Even with a Commercial License, you may never resell, redistribute, upload, or share the digital file itself.
